Rams are legit and for some reason people are still underestimating them. There aren't that many FA situations that will materially affect the team. They pick up a Pro Bowl corner for nothing with a low cap number. They can still make moves in the draft and in free agency.

As far as the bet, the Rams will very likely make the playoffs. Based on form and matchup the 20-1 number presents opportunities for hedging or letting the bet ride.
