I agree - there will be a “welcome to the Crowbar Motel” subpoena. This idea is even dumber than the Uncle’s sock ripoff! Filing a fraudulent insurance claim is getting up there with arson and embezzlement.

The way to do it is to have the one guy cut off the other guy causing a rear end accident with an unsuspecting third party. The guy who "causes" the accident takes off since he technically isn't in the accident. Rear end is 100% at fault - you'll get 15-20k if you play it right. Rinse and repeat.
