I feel you buckyone,I still play on other sites.....and I'm big time 😡,trust me...so far I have took a self shoot of me and my I'd together....I have sent copies of my landline phone bill....they had a step by step format and I gave them everything they needed last week and was told to call back today.....and now I'm being told they just need to more days and they say the manager will talk with me.....wht could he possible say at this point....except talking about paying me.....I haven't heard back from sbr as of the last message I received early last week.....I met all requirements on their check list......at this point I feel they making up new protocol thts not close to the rules

This smells more like your first withdrawal request with them? ID and photo documentation type of things. How did you pay the $100 or even the other deposits you said you had? You must have asked for a pretty big wire withdrawal?
When you do get the chance to talk to them you might ask the question on what they could pay you right now - break it into payments? Maybe, it is all good - they are just making sure you have the proper ID for this kind of big money?

Seneca40 - I posted the below in the forum a few days a. I went from $800 to $5000 in about a month and they froze my account saying its under investigation. Its been two weeks now with no update. I did get SBR involved but they haven't had any luck to date in helping rectify the situation...and this is for a measly 4k not 94k lol...I hope this works out for both of us in the end.

Wow, yes and they would have wanted Id for even 390. The part about refusing to even talk about the account in any way - that is just bad!! For all we know - there is a major run on their bank?

I have to ask - do you keep a day sheet of any kind - write the bets down anywhere? How do you ever know if your totals are right on a weekly or daily basis?

I guess I do not know what there is to investigate unless it is casino games-the gatekeepers are totally shielding the management from you. What are they saying when you call back to talk to somebody?

Maybe, they are investigating their own staff and suspect somebody of hacking? They just do not believe anybody could win 94k fair and square.

Glad to hear at least one of these issues got resolved! I can say that although I was very worried based on what I was reading here, I was able to cash out $8,700 over 3 withdrawals with DSI in the last 10 days. I've been playing with them for years and have never had an issue, but because of these other problems I've read about, I'll probably be cutting my ties with them.

It shows right in the cashier the 100% bonus you would know if you were eligible right away when making bitcoin deposit.
