Lets format the brackets a bit better this year

12 beats a 5 = 7pts for seed (I think plus 1 for win) = 7 or 8 points

ok well if your 1 seed makes it to final 4, you don't get that many points do you?




I'm fine with picking lower seeds to get more points, but lets divide those upsets by 2

so if a 12 beats a 5..its 7 divided by 2 = 3.5 points for the upset
