I will remind many of you... many way too young and before the internet age... Michael Jordan played for WAY BELOW average for many years. There was a point where almost the entire roster was earning more than Jordan in salary. Reinsdorf made that up in his final couple years by paying him like 2X the top salary at that time. Both parties got what they wanted.
