cant believe they would give up clarkson, their best player by far, and a young high-fly act like nance for an injured shell of himself Thomas, and chandler. I understand the salary freeing, but this is simply a stupid move. And they're playing better now too. Why not grow with these young players instead of clearing space for aged primadonnas?
Ball will NOT be a star in this league. Its too physical for him, and he cant shoot, its that simple.

Also theyve prob been playing harder lately because of what we see today, they knew they were on the trading block, players knew somebody was getting traded so they fought hard, against bottom feeders but still. Ironically the only untouchable, Ball, is injured.

Clarkson is honestly a straight up chump. The ball goes to JC to die. He's like Carmelo lite. Larry Nance is a nice player and I am bummed to lose him, but this is a deal that you can't turn down if you are the Lakers. Getting Thomas and a first round pick is a steal for the Lakers.
