    Disputing live bet
I made this bet live on bovada and was wondering if I have a case for overturning the bet:

    Date
    Feb 4, 2018
    Time
    9:55 PM
    Reference
    #1802822647419
    Placed by

    To Win
    $126.71

    (Outcome: Loss)

Football - Super Bowl - Will the Eagles acquire a first down on this series of downs? - PHI 1st & 10 at NE 14 · 4th Qtr · 2:40

Philadelphia Eagles @ New England Patriots

    No First Down -135 Feb 4, 2018 6:30 PM

    Outcome: Loss

    Date settled: Feb 5, 2018 2:56 AM

On this play ertz scored the TD and didn't technically get a first down, any chance I can get in contact with bovada to reverse the outcome or does a TD also constitute as a first down in this case?

No, it's a touchdown. Would be the same thing if he made a 40 yrd catch but got stripped at the end of it.

Nevermind just realized you bet no first down, I'd think that's a winner. I stay away from the props that can be manipulated to books advantage. Can see them calling that either way that more benefits the book.

That sounds like a vague sucker bet. You can make an argument either way on that point, and of course they won't rule in your favor.
