Obama legalized domestic propaganda in 2013 with an amendment to the NDAA. Then in December of 2016 right before he left office he quietly amended the NDAA again with the "Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act." Essentially censoring any media outlet that goes against their propaganda. This act also has a large budget that pays journalists around the world to promote pro US war propaganda.
Usually the war propaganda tells the public about how evil the opposing regime is to their people. Human rights are being violated and the good guys (USA) need to step up and save humanity once again from the evil Dictator!
