Not so sure. Another team can get him for cheaper than it was gonna cost skins. To franchise him again was gonna cost more than 30mil I believe. Plus I think skins franchising him numourous times burnt any bridges with him to work out a long term deal. He gonna get a huge deal somewhere.

Cousins and Smith a3 essentially the same QB at way different price points..Cousins couldn’t beat Michigan in college and 3-12 vs teams with a winning record

Putting your chips all in on a Big12 QB is a death sentence.....RGIII, Bradford, weeden
