I said yes but will still try to answer. Not sure what you are trying to get at here, but I went to live chat after the emails. I never got a response via email so that's when I went to live chat.

The most obvious reason for why he said he had the email or had seen the email is because he did, which he had been vehemently claiming all along and being more forceful by assuring it was "no lie"

With your 1), he normally does not continue with a joke or lie, especially when pressed about it. He was shown evidence he doctored bet slips, and avoided that subject after that. He admitted to posting the fake pic in the original post in here. On and on. He still hasn't denied having access to that email, and before this thread brought it up several times even after posters asked him to post proof. He couldn't post proof because doing so would get him blacklisted from any more SBR perks and who knows what else, but he kept on with it.

With your 2), you are making an assumption about SBR that is historically inaccurate. It's not like this place has oversight, and there are multiple examples of shady, immoral, unethical behaviors and instances after which no one lost their job or got reprimanded.
