Anyone who thinks Eagles fans are hooligans are obviously noobs from another town who decided it was a good idea to come watch their team in Philly while wearing all the gear you'd wear at a home game. Obvious mistake! If they had come incognito, y'know, wear that jersey under your jacket while walking in and out of the stadium, then they'd have been fine. Once you're in the stadium they keep all the nonsense locked down, aside from people yelling stuff at you. And if that bothers you so much then why the hell are you at the friggin game anyway stupid?
