Jacksonville defense not so good against non 1-1 sets

I'm sure a lot of people have already read this potentially but going to post just in case. Essentially JAX is the best defense in the league against 3+ WR sets but against 1-2 WR sets? They rank 28th in YPA and 18th in passer rating. Given how often the Pats use the RB/TE in the passing game, they should be able to put up points. Keep in mind another similar type team (Tennessee) beat the Jags twice and put up points doing so because they also use less 3 WR sets.
