the death of her dad hit her hard in 2011.

she got divorced in 2014...on the plane back to ireland from the us she was arrested for air rage after she lost custody to her children that gave her much joy in life.

Yup, quick story - my older brother's wife died of breast cancer and he became clinically depressed.. He was prescribed anti-depressant meds but it made him feel off and it was just a temporary fix he told me.. He then got a clue and started training for mini triathlons daily by doing long bike rides, swimming and running a bit also daily.. Told me that worked wonders for him and was better then any anti-depress drug he ever took and it lasted, it wasn't even close.. End of story... Cardio is king...

I know when I do cardio daily I feel damn relaxed and pretty happy and good myself afterwards.. All worries and stresses gone.. I could care less..
