Look, many of us are probably thinking it, but as the PRESIDENT OF THE USA you can't say that.
As far as the homeless go, the vast majority of these folks (veterans or not) have substance use disorders and mental health issues. It has very little to do with affordable housing. These folks are all hooked on meth/booze/opiates and DO NOT WANT to get clean or they are batshit crazy. Back in the day, we used to have places like Camarillo State where we could house all of these folks and commit them even for a short period of time. Reagan shut all those down though.Comment -
