Man, I got burnt on Monday doing scale 1-3 unit wagering, won 4 lost 2 and still lost the day

any futures that you see value in on either side?

looking at Kyrgios +2200 and probably hedge out after the first week...never know what to expect from him but on home soil he will make a run one of these years..

I don't think Kyrgios will win, but he SHOULD make the quarters at least. As we both know, he has stretches where he mentally checks out and gives little to no effort. I'm hoping he will have some motivation on home soil for a major. Like I said, I'll probably crop out a profit assuming he wins a few matches.

Was looking at Federer as well and still might bet that.

Women's side, who knows? I hope the winner will be a first time Grand Slam winner.

Agreed, he is a top contender most of the time but until he proves himself as "really wanting it" I'm gonna pass on him... mainly because yeah, he ain't reliable as the odds reflect (they give him better odds IMO) and I personally dislike him... BOL Jakey!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not a fan of him either due to his piss poor attitude but I'm hoping at some point he will "see the light" and get his shit together and try to maximize his potential.

Funny you should say that. I have sworn never to bet Kyrgios ever again but went looking at his odds today. He looks/sounds calm and relaxed and apparently injury free. He has always had potential to do it, just the heart and mind not there. Might just be a surprise this one. But book I checked had him +1800 and thought that was disappointing.

Another I like is this 18yo Aussie showing out in Brisbane and Sydney ATPs, Alex De Minaur. Apparently he had a growth spurt mid last year and has gone from kid to man. I'm hoping he loses to Paire tomorrow in Sydney semis so we can get better odds on him against Berdych in first round of AO, and that he gets some rest, and wont be backing up after his first ATP final, and less people notice him. He's on a 12-1 streak since the AO Wildcard event in mid December and I like the way he was usually fave in Challenger matches as a 17yo in 2017. Had never heard the name before last week.

Don't know bout no growth spurts, because he still looks like a kid

. But power is not big part of his game anyway, so it doesn't really mater how big he is. Because man can he play! Love the energy that he brings to the table. The hustle, flair and shotmaking ability. It's like a breath of fresh air. Love watching him play.

Another youngster with a similar playing style that we should keep an eye on - Corentin Moutet.
