You mentioned my lapsed pro status recently in another thread, which got me thinking

What is the big deal about being pro? I was a pro for the last year and I thought back to what was such a big deal about it that I would want to re-up

And the conclusion I came to was the obvious one, the donations to the kids....

So naturally, since I had only been a pro for ONE YEAR and you've been a pro since 2008, I expected that you too had donated to children in need and this is what I found

Donations to the kiddos:

Since 2008, StevenK173- $0
Since 2016, Kraken - $520

You not only stiffed a woman out of her hard earned money, you also stiff a bunch of kids that could seriously use some donations

You know, I did agree with Kraken to stay in my lane regarding him and I broke that by coming at him for being a non pro.

The Kraken, you are right here. Not in regards to winning at poker and not having to pay for pro statuses as that is my privilege as a winner but for breaking our agreement.

Sorry that offends you - I don't remember how I originally went pro

But yeah the points are currency here so if I am able to do it by winning them, then good for me. Same as winning in poker at the casino and then donating.
