I made money last week taking ATL getting points and I hope to win money this week fading ATL laying points. This is your classic over valuing a particular team and I feel like ATL is being over valued right now. USCPHILLYGUY hit the nail on the head. Philly with Wentz would be -6/-7, the only QBs worth the kind of difference are Brady and Rodgers. So much being made about how bad Foles is and I agree he hasn't looked great but he's not the only player on the team and the Eagles have had some time to get him to be competent. He just needs to be a game manager and make a few plays.

Over the last 2 games for ATL they are 5-21 on 3rd down and have scored 2 TDs out of 23 drives compared to 9 FGs against the Panthers and the Rams, while the Eagles have a better defense. I think the game against New England is exactly how the Eagles will play ATL. Control T.O.P. run with power, minimize turn overs and put Foles in favorable spots.

I think the idea that Atlanta has no shot is stupid. I think Eagles win though. Atlanta is favored because Philly has a backup QB and he has played like crap in two games. Wentz may have been the best QB all year. Look what happened when Rodgers went out. Im a big eagles fan. Matt ryan"s a big eagles fan. He"ll have a ton of family in attendance today and the pressure will mount. How much pressure is on foles? He"s a backup....there is none. On paper, the right team is favorite today but I can tell you philly is the play today and im not just saying that bc their my team. The defense will win this game. Todays defensive play will be put on jim Schwartz resume as he interviews for more hc jobs next week.

Does the public determine games? You do realize the public wins more games than they lose in gambling right? Every single year. It's documented. Vegas cleans up on juice. Vegas does not care about an NFL playoff game. They deal with billions of dollars yearly. Anyone that things in the short term like this is doomed in gambling.

As long as Philly can establish the run the game is theirs to win. Foles can work short crossing routes and play action. He is by no means a great qb but he is decent enough to not lose the game for Eagles.

To me the game comes down to 3 things...1st I already mentioned above. The other 2 are Philly’s front 7 getting hits on Ryan early to shake his confidence in OL and if Pederson doesn’t coach a do or die game like his teacher, Andy Reid.

I am still on fence and will likely wait until 2h.
