He will be fine. If he averages 3 turnovers a game next season Mel Kiper will have him a lock for the #1 pick in the draft. Just look at Sam Darnold.

He's going to be a special one in a few years. My Browns are so horrible, it's only a matter of time before... "With the 1st pick in the 2021 draft, the Cleveland Browns select..."
Khan: I love your Threads and Posts but Tua is FAR from the NFL.

lol i was in a trolling mood last night but seriously, the kid is only 18. how the hell was he so composed? never played a meaningful snap before the championship game? yikes... that's just incredible when you think about it. when i was 18, i was nervous trying to make fts in a non-championship high school basketball games.
he kind of reminds me of russell wilson. not a fan of jesus christ nonsense after sporting events (yeah jesus really wanted bama to win last night) but i hope he becomes a star in the nfl.

Figghetabout the OT TD throw.
The 3rd down scramble escape for 1st down demoralized Ga. and totally changed the game.
We will see that on ESPY`s POY.

obviously he had a bunch of big plays but man that TD pass that tied the game up was a thing of beauty for such a young kid in those bright lights, was happy for the kid

Tua Tagovailoa was the quarterback with the first-team offense at the beginning of Saturday's practice. And it looked like he got the majority of reps with the ones through at least the early part of practice.

If Tua gets hurt, they're in trouble. Hurts doesn't want to be there anymore.

Fortunately for them, they don't play anyone with a pulse until Auburn. "In trouble" is relative. They'll blow through their regular season schedule, but we saw how Hurts looked last season vs Auburn, Clemson, and Georgia.

Alabama is 2 deep at every position - Anyone ever know what happen to cardale Jones from Ohio st? Case closed -
Tua only work because Georgia wasn’t expecting him 2 play

I'm a Bama fan , keep up with recruiting , everything , but Alabama isn't 2 deep everywhere .
The entire secondary is new , LB's limited , this defense is very inexperienced . It'll be a learning and gel process for these guys .
There some very talented guys on the offense that has that probably has to score more than their opponents .
But they have holes .
Tua while a much better passer will be a short leash if he tries throwing passing and INT's especially in their own territory. It seems everyone forgets his INT vs Georgia . Saban wants a game manager , not a mistake prone QB.

Yea tell me those starters in the NFL again ?
Tua looked good for a half but mistakes will cost you a game you should win .
Taken in account , the trashy lower SEC teams I'd say Clemson shredded it 2 years straight having to outscore them once to win it all .
Every big time QB has torched Bama
Johnny Mansiel - Numerous times
Chad Kelly - Numerous times
Cam Newton
Desean Watson - Numerous times
My God at the lack of understanding of what an actual good defense , I'm by no means a Homer . When they play a talented QB , takes the points, they will probably lose .

Kid is legit highly recruited out of high school - Jalen hurts is very limited with his arm - tua can scretch the defense out With his arm

He did not look good against LSU, Washington, or Florida State the last couple years either.

love the Kid'S heart and his game but write this down: HE WILL NOT BE DRAFTED IN THE FIRST ROUND WHENEVER HE DOES COME OUT
only 6'1" and for every Baker Mayfield who is small like that, there are dozens of guys 6'3" or taller who they would rather have unless you can show them something intangible like tremendous leadership, mobility, uncanny QB senses, etc etc
Dude is Not a top NFL prospect, not right now anyway

brees a HOFer
russell wilson did very well but he's on the downside
jeff garcia had a few nice years
flute was a journeyman
it is extremely tough for a guy smaller than Six foot Two and a Half to really be a dominant QB
go look up the height of:
elway
favre
montana
marino
brady
roethlisberger
etc etc etc
how many guys 6'1" or Under
I love this Kid but i do not believe he has the look of a pro qb. not right now anyway
