So our rescheduled Oct trip is coming up (Feb 11th).....need to decide where to stay and wanted some advice.... was thinking Playa Conchal, Punta Arenas, or Playa Flamingo / Tamarindo area....I know drinker lives there but any advice? Thanks

Yeah if you guys are looking for nite life I recommend Tamarindo/Flamingo area... there are EDM festivals often, there is actually one in 2 days called OCASO and several of my DJ friends play there... my exgf who is a DJ at that gave me 4 tickets... cant go bc of work so selling them cheap...

Nice city to party, but it can get crowded during high season...


All in all, my favorite beach in all of CR is Nosara... Christian Bale is there right now... Norman Reedus bought a house there last month... Mel Gibson is selling his cause he broke dickk fukk now lol...

Nosara has the perfect mix of party quiet life a married couple (even w kids) would like IMO... Tamarindo can get too wild... but is better if you experience both places for a while...

Westin's usually don't disappoint... just got an email from Westin Los Cabos... trying hard to not book a flight and get away from this deep freeze up here.

think will give Nosara a shot....some nice places on VRBO pretty reasonably priced......assuming westin golf course too far away....think there was another one close to the marriott
