Interesting to see how the Cavs do with Thomas. He is going to have more passing

Blazers will likely be an auto play for me here.

Jose Calderon has done a solid job for them but I think it's a safe bet they'll be a lot better with Isiah in his place.

Why? Cavs have lost three straight? Blazers playing in Chicago today as well

If he dominates the ball the Cavaliers are an easy out

Let’s not forget he’s about half the player Kyrie Irving is

Yup. Cleveland will be fresh and motivated, Portland will be exhausted.

Even a perfectly healthy Thomas from here on out isn't enough to get the Cavs a title.

Reporting 8-12 minute time limit. Not a real factor.

Think he will be a ton of fun late in season and playoffs. Certainly NOT Kyrie, but has proven to be a hand full in the 4th under pressure.

Totally agree with this. Cavs not used to playing with IT. But i do expect Cavs to win but just in a close game. Im taking the 8 points with the Blazers.

                            Cavs 2-15-1 ATS at home

                            blazers 13-5 ATS on road

plus the blazers 3-1 SU and 4-0 ATS on the second game of road back to back so far this year

Telling you, Cavs win this game regardless of how much IT and Lillard play. This is a ridiculous spot play given rest. Not just the B2B.

3 games in 4 days, crossed a time zone after the Hawks game to play the Bulls. Lost an hour last night w/ another time zone change. OT game. Cavs on 3 days rest.

Lebron by himself gets them there

I'd be surprised if it2 can fit in well with Lebron. He seems to need to dominate the ball in order to be effective which happens to be Lebrons strong suit

Catch and shoot players seem to work best with Lebron and Thomas needs about 45 dribbles before he feels comfortable shooting

He's also a poor passer due to his limited court vision bc of his height. A big red flag for a point guard

The only way I see thomas thriving is if Lebron takes a back seat since he's more capable of adapting his game to other areas and letting Thomas play to his strengths

Lebron stepped back to give kyrie the green light to shoot it up. Kyrie has a reliable jumper

Have you watched Thomas play? He dribbles and dribbles then dribbles some more and hopes for a bailout or hand out free throw. He's mini Lebron

Cavs ended 2Q on a 7-0 run... finally playing a bit of D

I would take Cavs 2H as they are on a 3 game slide... but you never ever know with this team

Cavs only play defense when they want to... that's why that Golden State game was low scoring. they played D but still shot horribly themselves and then the refs ended them
