NFL Needs To Schedule Like This From Now On
Have all of the potential playoff qualifying games at 4 EST. It pissed my friend off because he has Titans season tickets and had to miss the game when they changed the time, but it makes for great TV on NFL Redzone. I know they skipped the NFL Sunday Night game because of New Year's Eve, but they really need to do it permanently. Firs time I've really been intrigued by the NFL this year.

Now, get rid of the Thursday night game, and do a Monday night doubleheader each week.

Wouldn't mind that, but it would take away from whatever ratings the pregame shows are getting right now.

They should go to all Sunday games 1PM and 4PM except for the Monday night game. Screw that London crap and especially Thursday night games. Don't show the national anthem so no one knows if anyone stood, kneeled or picked their nose. Cut the preseason down to two games, every team gets two byes, only in Week 1 and Week 18 everyone will play.

Actually, NFL has ALWAYS TRIED to do this with exception of Sunday night game. Just seemed more easily convenient this year.

Actually one difference was that seemingly all meaningful games were at 4:25 this year. In past, they attempted to have two sets of correlated games at 1:00 and 4:25, and in best case scenario have a stand alone game preferably not reliant on other games Sunday night.

FIFA does this for World Cup matches in the group stage. They play the final games at the same time so there is no chance of collusion.
