Cardio, raw garlic, beet juice are the main things you can do to lower your BP.. Cardio is king.. A couple years ago I was biking hard for like 3 hours a day, just major cardio workouts daily.. My BP was 115/80 the lowest it's been in 10 years.. My knees couldn't take it and now I just run a mile a day and do some stairs and weights.. BP went up a bit since..

I'll tell you though 1 or 2 pieces of raw garlic cloves and beet juice taken every day will lower your BP 10 points on both sides if it's high. I'm living proof of that.. I have to do it or I'd be on meds today.. Cause I can't do cardio for 3 hours a day anymore.. Joints can't take it anymore..

I probably should cut out alcohol and that would help as well.. I'm not ready to do that yet though..
