He can look like an all-star for weeks or a month and then looks like he doesn't belong in the league. Hard to figure. Can they get a decent first rounder for him?

Maybe. Bulls do need to make a trade. They're not going to contend for a title with their current squad. They do have some promising rookies. They should ideally get rid of dead weight like Robin Lopez and possibly Justin Holiday.
