I really dont understand why Utah didn't use their timeouts at the end of the half? Like are you happy with only a 17-3 lead? They would have had 1 timeout left, with the ball on the 50, and about 40 seconds left or so.

He definately hasn't looked sharp, I'll give you that. But they have no run game whatsoever, and his line is just letting him get popped on basically every drop back. It's hard to say a QB sucks under those circumstances.

He didn't....he punted it about 40, with about a 20 yard return. But even if Utah only starts at the 30 or 40.......you can run a lot of plays in 40 seconds with a timeout, to give the best kicker in college another shot at 3 more.

Your right, WVU going to have a difficult time scoring on offense. But as you saw in the 1st half, Utah got their 2 scores on a 60 yard run and a muffed punt. Not like they look too sharp on offensive either.......I've seen games like this change quickly many a time.

That was my point. WVU has played horrible football but Utah's offense has had 2 good drives and the rest they got stuffed. If not for that muffed punt by that moron it would be a one score game.

I feel like a few of these WVU's receivers can seperate whenever they want to on Utah's secondary. If the QB can take just a bit of mustard off these deep balls, they can hit a few of them. I think Utah is going to grind them down in the 2nd half, but not out of reach yet by any means.

Exactly, they have a better D and O plus special teams, it would even out eventually if not for those 2 big plays.

Utah had 1 Big drop and a couple passes missed by QB. WV had that 1 toward end of half that could’ve been a TD if QB would’ve thrown a good pass. I got no faith in WV. Utah rolls
