You can click the red triangle report post button if you think a post deserves attention.

If anyone posts pics or personal info you don't want on here, you just have to ask and it will be removed and the person warned not to do it again.

You can post in the sub forums instead of Players Talk where the decorum is a bit softer.

Or maybe the best option, don't worry about it or at least don't react to it like they want you to every time.
