long story short i just started a new job and this leaves my dog home alone for 8 hours at a time and it cant take that. if i got a roommate who had another dog she would have company. plus i could gamble the extra money........but im worried about regretting it. anyone do this and then wish they hadnt?

Rents are bank where I live.. I have 2 unit guest housing that I rent out in back of my home where I live now.. Small singles but very nice, loaded, all utilities, cable paid for and free internet.. Free shared Laundry room and carport parking.. 550 sq ft single units.. I get $2,350.00 a month for each unit now.. Could probably get $2500 for each unit now if they vacated..

Yep, there are duplex's here in Hollywood in nice areas, 2+2 each and usually you can find rooms for rent on craigslist.. Shared 2+2 apartment in Hollywood can run around $1200 - $1500 each..
