20k deposit depends only on the amount of time it takes for miners to send to nitro-the bigger the miner fee the faster. Lately for me 1-2k deposits take at least 2-4 hrs to be in my nitro account.
NBA lines max bets go up as the game gets closer.
for ML is usually 1.5 btc =20k as of now
