As someone who is a huge chiefs fan cause I live here in KC I dont see this as a good spot for the Chiefs. They're the Dr. Jeckel Mr. Hyde of the NFL and cant put in consistent performances. Without Eric Berry they were lucky to win much at all with their defensive scheme. They arent creating turnovers like they did last year to get on a hot streak . SD should easily have 9-10 wins. Both Oakland and the Jets had serious defensive lapses that made KC look like world betters. Look for SD to put constant pressure on Smith with stalled drives 3-4 sacks and interceptions. KC is all about trickery and mis directions that the league has figured out. Sit on all underneath routes and dont let Smith out of the pocket... Kc's only hope is to open up the deep routes and get their running game back on track.Rivers and Sd for the win. If Try Hill gets a punt or kickoff return for TD then the tide could change but the chiefs havent put him back much at all..

This game opened as Chargers+1. Kansas won early in the season because they could score 30-40 points on anyone. They can't do that anymore. All of Chargers 5 DBs has PFF grades over 80 with their starting 2CBs+nickelback all has grades over 87, that's insane.

Chargers are as talented as any team in the league, been saying it all year. Awesome pass rushers and very good secondary on defense. Plenty of weapons at wr, solid rb, and rivers still well above average. Chargers are primed to win this division and make life hell on someone in the playoffs.

50 degrees in kc tonight to boot!! Anyone paying attention knows chargers have no home field advantage this year so every game like a road game for them!!

I also had KC as my best bet 2x on BTP & my 3x best bet on Beat The Bag which can easily be verified! I was also all in on this game with SBR bet points. Which can also be verified easily as well.

A month ago KC would've been about a TD favorite in this spot but the Chiefs have lost 6 of their last 8, while the red-hot Chargers have won 7 of 9 (and could actually make the playoffs after starting 0-4!) Obviously the momentum is with the Chargers.


OP is correct though about Chargers opposition--they've only won against 2 teams with winning records, and they were Dallas (without Elliot) and Buffalo (without Taylor). Hmmm?
