That's only if they work. You don't benefit from a tax decrease unless you are actually working to begin with. And you have to be paying federal taxes as well. So the blacks and mexicans probably aren't going to benefit much if they don't work, or are illegal and ain't paying anyway.

A tax decrease helps people that actually work. It also hopefully takes away (in order to balance the budget) from people that don't, and have been getting free shit their entire life. It's a win/win both ways.

They will tell you at the high-stakes tables, the VIP rooms, Bobby's room..... it's all the same. All of the wealthy players tip seldom & very little, if at all. All the dealers I have spoken to in Las Vegas say that they make more tips dealing at the one two tables where the common folk play.This s is a common characteristic of very wealthy people.
