Go post this question on your local cop, trooper, and legal rights' forums like you did here. Sit back and respond to the responses, after youve gotten quite a few, email those pages to your bookie. Now that wont prevent you from dying, but at least it'll save your family time and money in the investigation on the trail of the murderer.
