#6Sad thing is when Williams comes back he will probably get all the carries. Drake has been busting huge play after huge play yet Dolphins still have Williams in front of Drake up until he was injured.Comment -

#11Drake was like 2-3 string on Bama. His college stats are mediocre at best. Just shows you how stacked Bama always is...No namers make the NFL no problem..Comment -

#12BUT Bama not known for turning out NFL RBs. See Richardson and Lacy.Originally posted by funnyb25Drake was like 2-3 string on Bama. His college stats are mediocre at best. Just shows you how stacked Bama always is...No namers make the NFL no problem..Comment -

Not just the 2 picks, which were sweet, BUT the other dozen great plays he made.
Gilmore and "mighty midget" Butler never had a game like that.Comment -

#15Agree with those 2. How about Shaun Alexander and Mark Ingram? I was referring to their entire program as a whole. They seem to have half of the first round draft picks every year. (Not literally half, but lots of them)Originally posted by LT ProfitsBUT Bama not known for turning out NFL RBs. See Richardson and Lacy.Comment -

#17There are always exceptions and Alexander, Ingram and Julio Jones are three of them among the offensive skill positions. But the most successful NFL players from Alabama have traditionally been either on defense or offensive linemen. Yes they produced Namath and Bart Starr back in the day, but have to wonder how those QBs would fare in today's NFL.Originally posted by funnyb25Agree with those 2. #18i'm always curious why alabama with all the studs in the nfl especially defensive linebacker db how come they don't have alot of qbs, seems like saban wants the game managers rather than the top 5 stud qbsOriginally posted by LT ProfitsThere are always exceptions and Alexander, Ingram and Julio Jones are three of them among the offensive skill positions.
