    Gregg Poppovich is Great Head Coach but a Shit GM
    I can't believe how slow this San Antonio team is. Green, Aldridge, Parker at this age, Giniobli should have retired several years ago, Gasol nearly 40 This team will never compete with the best teams in the West even when Leonard comes back. heir big free agent acquisition was an injury prone Rudy Gay who plays no defense. Boston is faster than them at every position and it shows. Ainge was never great at drafting but the trades he's made have been great, and Boston is built for the modern NBA, San Antonio is not. Houston will destroy this San Antonio team if healthy in the playoffs. Spurs might not even be a top 5 team any more. Poppovoich didn't draft or added any free agent of note last year.

          Nah Parker was one of the faster players in basketball 4-5 years ago, Duncan was a much better defender than Gasol. And the league has changed too, the league is much faster than it was 2-3 years ago, the Spurs haven't adopted, they've gotten older. Houston choked in game 5 against San Antonio last year, that won't happen again.

                  Lol, have you looked at the Spurs schedule. They are 1-6 against teams with winning records - 1-7 if the lose tonite.

                                              The Spurs have always been about the system more than any 1 player. They are getting killed by good teams, double digit losses to Minnesota, Boston. Leonard is not going to make this team 10-15 points better.

                                                                      Houston was good enough to beat the Spurs last year - they added Tucker, Mout, and Chris Paul. The Spurs got older and added no one - Rudy Gay is nowhere near the same player he was when younger with all these injuries.
