most of the calls were legit...the saints defenders were mugging Atlanta's WR's all night long...especially Julio Jones...he was literally getting sodomized during the whole game...how about blaming Sean Payton's arrogance for not kicking the FG that would have tied the game at 20 - 20 and at least giving his team a fighting and legit chance to win the game?...how about Brees not throwing that ill-advised pass in the end zone which resulted in an int?...yes, there were a couple of nitpicking calls but you act like this is the first time that it's ever happened...newsflash:...NFL refs have been like this for years!...inconsistent and incompetent...trust me, I've been fukked more than my fair share times by the zebras...it's why we call it gambling...don't like it, then quit wagering on things you have absolute no control over!...

It hasn't always been like this

You can't call a bull crap bump on a qb as roughing the Passer on a 3rd and 11 stand, u can't call an illegal formation penalty in the last 5 seconds of the half to take points off the board when at least half the time the o line is lined up a little back, and u can't end the game by calling an unsportsman like on a coach trying to get a time out. Awful display

back in 2006-2009 it was in the 11s each year

I was more talking about refs making biased decisions than raw numbers.

More and more camera over sight might be driving penalty numbers up too?
