No, you need CBD.

Get a high CBD oil cartridge, fuk the strand. Try the high CBD first or at least a 1:1 ratio. You probably won't like it because it's not your normal way to medicate and it won't get you high, but, simply put, it is a part of the plant that relieves anxiety.

High THC will likely increase anxiety, the CBD naturally counteracts that effect.

Try the higher CBD, normal strains don't come with high enough CBD unless specially bred. You can get the oils though.

I use it for nerve pain in my neck and arms, but it's not just for pain. I take pure CBD isolate powder, white as Columbian snow, and sprinkle it over bowls of Grand Daddy Purple.

It's a good mix and a lot better than using pain killers constantly.
