Yes. I think in the past the browns fired you if you did well aka 3 wins or more ruining there chances of wasting a top pick on the worst possible QB in the draft. Jackson figured out the best thing to do is get the first overall pick minimizing the chances to getting at least a career long backup.

The Browns traded a 4th round pick and $18M in cash and cap space for a paltry 2nd round pick. That's not something a team wanting to win does in a $160M cap environment.

The Browns have had a ton of Draft and cap capital at their disposal over the last few years. No excuse for Jackson's record. The only reason to keep him for now is sacking him doesn't achieve anything and wastes even more resources.

It's not enough to keep him as coach. There's just too many bonehead things going on each week. At the end of the first half of the Bengals game, they got down to the 11 with about 20 seconds left and didn't get three shots at the endzone...with timeouts. Every week is like this.

Browns organization is an abortion. This regime did stockpile picks for the upcoming draft but if you don't have a plan for the roster it is pointless.

The team has shown no signs of improvement under Jackson and his staff. If he is not the guy you plan on having coaching the team 5 years from now, get rid of him at end of season and find the right guy. Hue looks overwhelmed during games and some of the play calls and decisions he has made are beyond awful.

At this point with the Browns I fully believe they try to lose on purpose, so keeping this moron as a head coach only makes sense for that organization.
