    refs have to be in on it
    they have to be working with vegas

    some games a group will call no fouls some games we will see 75 free throws in a college bball game

    better to just not bet NCAAB totals they are all fixed

          refs called 3 fouls before any team attempted a shot in a game i was watching

          game ended up with like 80 made free throws. not random, at least that game wasnt
