My 1st half under looked completely mushed, until only 5 points were scored in like a 5 minute span late. Just a random play because you never see a 1st half total this high in college.

When totals are this high, it only takes one scoring drought to kill it.

Ok 16 is a lot but not that unusual to see them move 7-10 points.. dont know why that means it rigged tho?

I think they are pointing more towards the jump + the timing also. It jumped from 178 to 190 in exactly 1 hour.
