I know so many people who are in a relationship with someone they either met at work or still currently work with. How could you even approach that in today's world without the fear of being terminated for "inappropriate behavior"? Not saying this is the case here, if there was unsolicited touching going on, but to even approach someone at work you are interested in seems like a total job security risk.
