This was Lebron basically telling mgmt that he didn't want Rose around so they ship him off and then leak this garbage excuse of a story.

Lebron told Kyrie he was leaving and who the hell is going to want to be in Cleveland after Lebron leaves and rather than look like a coward, he forces the trade to Boston a year early so he doesn't catch a bad rep for being soft and copping out to go play elsewhere. LeBron can leave without any repercussion as he got them the one ring they have ( even though Kyrie drained the clutch shot) so there wouldn't be a jersey burning when he leaves next summer.
