I think defenses had a year to figure out Prescott and all his strengths and are now shutting him down this year.. He's not a deep ball threat really, good with short stuff, can run a little.. Take away those short pass looks Prescott is lost.. Without Zeke and the good running game he's just another very average QB in the league..

Any jimoke QB who is in an NFL uni can look great and have the great QBR.
All it takes is time. If the O-line gives them time, they all look like pro bowlers.
Add a strong run game, ditto.

There is a reason Dak went 4th round and Desean was a 1st rounder. Nobody in the league thought Dak had 1st round talent.
BUT, he seems to have a better head on his shoulder than Kap/RG3.
