There are some "knowledgeable" people who seem to think it's Florida. Will be interesting to see how in tune they are but as a fla alum I would be pumped!!!

Kelly is a fool if he goes to Florida over UCLA.
His offense has already proven that it can be highly successful in the Pac 12.
I don't think he would be anywhere near as successful in the SEC with the blue chip defensive line players on many of the teams.

Would Florida give him Harbaugh money? Kelly with all that PAC12 history might want to move on and start fresh but after being out of College for many many years can he walk into a SEC powerhouse and win immediately? UCLA would seem to be a better spot for known recruiting grounds, easier to win ASAP, less pressure for first few years.
All depends on how competitive UCLA money is compared to FL offer...

I totally agree... but he'll probably go where the money is. Would be dumb of him to go to the SEC.... it's not his style.

Maybe true
But if it worked he could absolutely dominate because every other offense in the sec is hot garbage outside of maybe Alabama.

The Pac 12 knows exactly how to shut down his offense now. Been there, done that. The SEC does not have a clue, yet. Also, he would be much more successful recruiting in the SEC, a conference that gets many more 4 and 5 star recruits than any other conference. The Pac 12 gets some 4 and 5 star recruits, but they go to USC or Washington, for the most part. He would get much more money from Florida than UCLA, a school with one of the worst alumni in the Pac 12 and the nation, when it comes to football. Remember, NOTHING is a guarantee with Chip Kelly until you see him with a team's hat on. He backed out of Tampa Bay before he went to Philly.

Also Fla also wants Willie Taggert because of hios Fla connections. As a matter of fact Oregon now sits as #1 in mens both FB & BB recuriting classes commits (unofficial till 12-22). Should be an interesting situation fora mont.

Hearing it’s an upset if he goes go to anywhere but UCLA. He was fairly far along with Florida, but wasn’t talking to UCLA if mora was there. There’s rumors Florida wants to retain some of their current staff which is lol bad.
Florida can be a great job but it’s not an easy one. UCLA would have way lower expectations and he would be just another dude in LA where’s hes the pope in Gainesville.
Where ever he goes, this might be his last hurrah at anywhere other than Conference USA if he flames out.

Ya it's UCLA until something drastically changes in the next few days. I heard one of the things holding him back from UCLA was that its an Under Armor School and he's really good friends with Phil Knight...but he's much more suited for the West Coast. Plus lesser expectations at UCLA than Florida

Chip Kelly might be the answer, but he shouldn’t be at UCLA
Chip Kelly’s popularity among colleges – such as UCLA – looking for a new football coach again confirms the long-standing truth the winning trumps all.

Florida & Kelly need each other to make names for themselves again.
