So set up was a breeze....just remember your I Cloud password(s)....if you've bought apps on multiple accounts you'll need each individual password.....haven't done much with it....kind of strange getting used to the no home button...you now have to swipe up to get to home page or other apps....the animoji's are pretty cool if you like that kind of stuff...for those who have the older phones and have the means to purchase, I'd say give it a go....will try the camera in a bit

I just broke my 6. Had to get a new phone. I went with the 8.

I’m always outside on job sites and around tons of dust and rocks and other shit. Plus I drop my fukkin phone about 10 X a day it seems. Broke my 6 inside an otter box for fukks sake. The X just looks delicate to me. No way I could feel comfortable carrying that phone around. If I was in an office all the time, maybe it would be a better fit. Just seems more like a phone designed for females.

My wife runs the office, and she’s a girl...so I think she’ll get the X. But whatever.

X is waterproof and has apples strongest glass to date, plus they already released otter box for the X so you can drop out of a second story window and be good. 8 is cool too tho, bro has that phone.

If you can put it on a credit card and pay it off at the end of the month, there's a couple reasons to use this option (otherwise, take the interest free loan): rewards points, the extended warranty, and theft protection. If you have a decent credit card (Viza Signature/ World Masterbard), you should have at least two or all three of those features on your purchases. The warranty extends the phone's warranty by an extra year usually (I think some cards do two) paying for issues up to the cost of the phone. I know a lot of the high end cards will also replace the phone if it gets lost or stolen within 90 days after purchase, which for something like the X may be useful as you can be sure there will be Apple pickers out there.

Just pay those balances at the end of each month. You’d be amazed how quickly those miles add up.

If you can pay the phone's balance each month using a credit card, then by all means take Apple's offer. I was assuming you had to make cash payments instead of credit payments like you would a regular loan.

I charge everything on my credit card. Benefits of being able to dispute a charge is something ever goes wrong. and those point bonuses are great if you qualify for them. have gotten plane tickets for free and so forth.
