I think they will as they been taking care of them recently and they are much stronger this year.......

Honestly, has any team had an easier schedule than a #1 team ever in the playoff or BSC in all of time?

Look at Georgia schedule and tell me, my God how did they survive?

Might as well played a D2 schedule. Its almost embarrassing. Can anyone find more than 2 teams that have a winning record against D1 opponents? Good luck. But They are awesome.

Georgia's schedule more impressive than Alabama. Alabama doesn't have 1 quality win. If ND beats Miami that makes Georgia look even better.

The thing is we know Bama would beat Georgia though. At least I think, I actually havent really seen Georgia much yet this season, but when that run gets stopped I wanna see how good the qb is and under pressure to make passes, this aint high school. Dont forget Bama beat a one time #3 ranked Florida State. I think so far Bama has beaten more ranked teams than Georgia at the time they played them.

You cant give credit for a mistake in PREseason rankings.

Big difference, Bama is going on the road to face State, while UGA played them at home. State will prob put up a little fight because one they are at home and two the relatively close game last week, kinda obvious they were looking ahead to Bama.

This thread is worthless. If both Alabama and Georgia run the table, the #1 team and the "host" team in the playoff game at the Sugar Bowl will be the winner of the SEC Championship game. The loser will go to the Rose Bowl.

I'm pretty sure it does in fact matter in committees eyes what the team they played earlier is now. Obviously not bama's fault fsu fell off (well other than they knocked out their qb! Lol), clearly their intentions were to schedule a top flight opponent unfortunately for them it doesn't show that way now. Not that it matters cause they control their own destiny, even in regards to being the 1 seed.

It shouldn't be but again it makes absolutely no difference since it will get settled in sec champ gm. Not saying bama should or shouldn't be 1, just saying if uga beats auburn it would make no sense they get bumped from the top spot would it?

I actually wanna see a game they can't run and the young qb win it for them, that would be best thing for them as ya gotta assume there several games in their future where they gonna have to throw a little more.

Thats what I keep saying also, sooner or later theyre gonna have to pass. I think the qb in high school is #2 all time in the state of UGA behind DeShaun Watson for career passing yards so let the pup throw the rock. Kirby Smart not too smart after all, all those games they were blowing teams out they should have let him throw some once the game was decided but no. He's been nothing but a game manager. Blew out Tenn. and only threw 15 times, blew out Vandy and only threw 11 times, blew out Florida and only threw 7 times, blew out Miss. State and only threw 12 times, blew out Samford and only threw 13 times. Its gonna come back to hunt them. Its not like he's got Herschel back there, the season is just now starting baby.

We will see. They have a deep backfield and have not had to throw as of yet

They should OF put more pass plays in their game plans to get him experience...

If Auburn or Bama shuts down the Dawgs run game,I highly doubt the Dawgs will get the job done thru the air..

But then again,if you shut down any team's run game, they will have a very hard time winning the game,
no matter how good their passing game is...
