Don't they have a twitter? I mean if shit if there servers go down they can at least put a message out saying servers down be back up in such n such time. Thre are people with BIG money on there that im sure dont like a site just going down for 3+ hours right after the WS dosent look good could they be waiting on a big bitcoin deposit to cover ?

There were stories in the CR media last year about them transferring more than 1 billion cash out of bank accounts there. It's not about collecting WS bets and running, for certain.

And it's legal to gamble in CR and the govt minister issued a statement last year saying he had no reason to even investigate 5dimes.

Plus they just make too much money to shut down by choice. Too many people involved would want to keep the brand operating even if something catastrophic happened.

I disagree customer service should be top notch im sure they can get 20-25 solid customer service people if there w/d billions a year. People love to feel there money is safe and that they care and they can resolve disputes in a timely manner without having to go thru 5 people to get a answer, then call back and talk to someone different and get a complete different story.

I see a lot of negative feedback. I'm personally shocked. People have to understand it's not a Vegas Book. The country's not English for 1. Second if you show respect when you call you'll get more then enough in response. Not saying anyone has to kiss azz just saying speak to these people like your a friend. They have personalities and are very helpful. OFCOURSE Issues have occurred it's a business nothing's perfect but it's the result that counts.
