I gave up desserts and sugar as well.. Sugary foods are bad late at night and right before you go to bed... Good luck man..

The longer you go without eating sweet foods the more you will get repulsed by them.. I know I did it.. You really begin to taste the sugar in foods and drinks once you try them after giving them up, you get repulsed by the sugar..

It's like working out.. When you are fat and out of shape working out is a nightmare, once you are in shape and make it routine it's a pleasure and something you look forward too...
