Portland has been undervalued in every game this year, but they have issues defensively, the interior defense isn't great. Toronto is a solid team but their bench is horrible, I think Portland covers here.

Like jj gold said it looks to easy so does Minnesota to me.I probably going to go with Minnesota M/L though can't help that one.
