With how banged up these bullpens are now, its would be hard not to unload on the over, even if it was 12. Not one of these pitchers can have any confidence left.

12-9. This game, from a Dodger point of view, is on Kershaw. Very similar to his chokes against the Cardinals. He really is a worthless big game pitcher. He's the anti-Madison Bumgarner.

The entire Dodger bullpen has been lit up though. If Jansen had not pitched in a meaningless game yesterday, he might have had the juice to try to go 3 innings. With the Astros top of the lineup due up to begin the 7th, the time for the save was right then. Should have had Jansen pitch then, and not a tired Morrow.

Yeah, but it's hard to take out Kershaw, and when he did Maeda gave up the bomb. As for Morrow, he's been their best reliever all year not named Jansen. I just don't know what he could have done, with the pitching anyway.
