#5The ball never touched the ground. Or at least I didn't see any angle that showed it touching the ground. Maybe they had some super special angle nobody else could see.Comment -

#7One angle they showed the ball hit the ground and move in his arm. Still don't like it.Comment -

#8It doesn't touch until he puts it down and grabs his knee. That's such crap I got no money on game just a bears fan but that has to be the worst call I've seen yet.Comment -

#11That can't be why they called it. It had to have been before that when the ball did shift and he rolled over. They must have caught some angle that showed it touching the ground. I sure didn't see it though.Comment -

#16Would love to hear what they say. Ball is allowed to move as long as you maintain control. Hard to say he didn't. But hopefully that was the call because if it was him putting all down NFL going to have more issues with the injury crew.Comment -

#19Not if it hit the ground. I guess I'm the only one who saw what the officials did. It wasn't on the roll over, it was the initial fall to the ground.Comment -

#20Sometimes I think so too
Automation is has already killed a lot of jobs, created some others but as number of jobs go, it's been a net loss due to automation
And it's only going to get worse for us. Driving jobs may be gone by 2030 as self-driving vehicles take over ie Taxis, semis, trains. Next up, self driving ships and planes. Honestly, it makes sense, an algorithm that reacts within milliseconds and doesn't get drunk is probably 1000 times safer than humans.
But how far do we push it? Cashiers and bank tellers would be an easy axe, fast food employees could disappear and the quality of our food and our overall experience would improve. But what about doctors and nurses? I think it's a ways off but I gotta think many of the mistakes made in the medical field would not be made by algorithmic robots. 1000's of people die every year in the US because of preventable medical mistakes.
Then what's next, athletes? Police and Fire?

#21Looking forward to seeing the still frame showing it. I didn't catch it on anything I saw. Yes, the ball moved, but it looked like he had it completely cradled.Comment -
