    lets say I deposit $2500

Bet Miami -1150 over North Carolina and win

I withdrawal the $2500 after winning and leave the profits in Betonline.

What would they charge my fee for a bitcoin withdrawal.

You can't make any withdrawals until rollover is met. Plus the rollover is calculated by the lesser amount won or bet. Plus huge ml favorites don't count towards the rollover requirement.

I don't think they have a published policy but you can ask as I have seen them allow it before.

You probably need a better reason than I just want to be able to hit and run you when I see good odds though.

Thought if you took -1150, 100 would count towards rollover. Where do they start the cut off?
