Hi CanuckG, I received your PM last 10/21 @ 11 pm and I apologize for not reaching back that time and yesterday. You placed the order last 19th, usually it takes 2-4 business days for order status to "complete" and another 2-4 business days for the books to do the credit. In some other cases, it will take 2 weeks. And if still not completed on the said given time frame, contact us with this add: forum@sportsbookreview.com
